Growing up as a girls-only household with no brothers, we had to help my dad around the house for all the projects and maintenance of the property I grew up on. From building a barn, chopping wood, pouring concrete, mowing the lawn, shovelling( A LOT of snow ) and a lot of painting, etc. I've always had a big curiosity for how things worked.
In my early 20's, I opened up a food truck but quickly realized, I had way more fun building it than serving from it. Then I heard about a new career path that was as equally exciting and rewarding. With over 5 years of experience as a Rope Access Technician, slowly progressing to become a Level 3 Supervisor. I've acquired a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of building maintenance. From working on bridges to Rock face stabilisations to High Rises, I can assure you that my biggest focus is to accomplish every single job with the highest safety standards and the knowledge to do it efficiently.
As a single mother of 2 pre-teens, that aspires to promote healthy habits to thrive and succeed; I am proud to show them how a woman can also thrive in the trade industry. As one of the rare women within the pool of L3 Rope Access Technician internationally, it is one of my biggest motivator; to constantly promote that we can do it all.
Being organized, efficient and know how to turn on a dime has proved me to be one of my biggest skills. I am excited to find solutions to ease your daily lives.
I grew up in Québec before I moved to the beautiful coast of Vancouver Island in 2015 so make sure if you speak French; feel free to have a good chat about how maple syrup and poutine are some of the tastiest food. ;)
